- Developed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new and existing processes.
- Collaborated with teams to ensure operational alignment with Barker's and Andros' corporate standards.
- Coordinated with suppliers and partners for the sourcing of high-quality ingredients.
- Onboarding negotiations and initial supplier procurement.
- Provided strategic insights to support the business growth and ensure exceptional product quality.
