My journey began as a classically trained chef, honing skills in culinary precision and hospitality excellence. This foundation paved the way for entrepreneurial ventures, including award-winning restaurants and boutique vineyards, where I gained firsthand experience in guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and financial leadership.

Today, I specialise in overseeing large-scale international hospitality operations, managing diverse teams across multi-revenue properties in remote and challenging locations. I’ve led significant capital investment projects, implemented sustainable energy initiatives, and championed innovative operational strategies to enhance performance and guest satisfaction.

With a focus on stakeholder engagement, cultural collaboration, and sustainable tourism, I am driven to create exceptional experiences and deliver measurable outcomes for both guests and stakeholders.

General Manager - Kakadu Tourism (Jun 2023 - Present)

Overseeing a large property with multiple revenue streams, fostering community relations, and driving operational excellence.

Contract Manager - Elanor Hotels (May 2023 - Jun 2023)

Integrated two properties into the Elanor portfolio, enhancing guest experiences and aligning operations with company goals.

Consultant - Barkers Food Group Geraldine (Jan 2023 - Apr 2023)

Streamlined F&B operations, opened new outlets in Auckland and Melbourne, and developed SOPs and strategic directions for future growth.

Lodge Manager - Punga Cove Resort Marlborough (Dec 2020 - Jun 2022)

Managed the resort during a disruptive period, led recovery efforts, and represented the resort as Treasurer of the Queen Charlotte Track Committee.

General Manager - The Crown Hotel Geraldine (Feb 2020 - Dec 2020)

Led the full refit of a historic hotel, upgraded guest offerings, and oversaw worker accommodation to enhance profitability.

General Manager - Ninhvana VBH Vietnam (Jul 2019 - Feb 2020)

Managed a large resort-style property in a remote part of Vietnam, catering to 300 guests across diverse accommodation types.

General Manager - Turtle Lake Brewing Company – VBH Vietnam (Feb 2018 - Jul 2019)

Directed the pre-opening and build phase of an internationally recognized craft brewery, organizing major festivals and partnerships worldwide.

Group Manager - Trader Jacks Group Cook Islands (2014 - 2018)

Led the largest F&B operation in the Cook Islands, coordinating imports/exports, managing the largest commercial kitchen, and supporting local tourism initiatives.
