Responsibilities
- Onboarding of newly invested properties into the Elanor portfolio.
- Overseeing initial operational setup and ensuring compliance with Elanor standards.
- Developing strategic initiatives to align new properties with corporate vision.
- Onboarding negotiations with property stakeholders and suppliers.
- Initial supplier procurement and establishing key operational partnerships.
