Position Scope

Accommodation:	27 units, 30 deep water mooring balls and camping
Staff:	60
Event Space:	Multiple dining spaces, large indoor/outdoor wedding and corporate function spaces
Logistics:	Fully remote, boat in / Walk-in resort

Responsibilities

• Managed day-to-day operations of the resort, ensuring smooth operation of all accommodation types and F&B services.
• Developed staff through training and leadership, maintaining a high standard of guest service.
• Engaged with local community initiatives, collaborating with Marlborough Tour Company for seamless guest experiences.
• Represented the resort as Treasurer of the Queen Charlotte Track Committee, enhancing relations with local stakeholders.
• Worked closely with park rangers and DOC Land and Waterways.
