Responsibilities
- Overseeing the operation of multiple revenue streams including accommodation, guided tours, F&B services, airport, fuel station, art gallery, and campground.
- Fostering community relations and building strong ties with the local Aboriginal communities.
- Ensuring operational excellence, safety, and guest satisfaction across all aspects of the property.
- Developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive revenue and enhance guest experiences.
- Managing a large and diverse team to deliver high-quality services and maintain operational efficiency.
